The Practical Education Centre in Swarzędz operates at the Wielkopolska Insurgents Complex of Schools No 1. Two buildings contain, among others, eighteen specialist workshops for learning a profession, diagnostic service station with a garage as well as a hotel and gastronomy part. A hotel reception along with catering back-up facilities and rooms has been equipped as well. Classes in the centre will be able to be conducted even on the building’s roof where a specialist didactic platform was fitted for presentation of installed systems of solars, photovoltaic panels and wind turbine. Youths and adults will learn here in 30 professions, for example, such as: motor vehicle mechanic and electromechanical engineer, mechatronics engineer and mechatronics technician, industrial automation and precision equipment mechanic and automation technician, mechanical technician, electrician and cook.
