The project involved the implementation of an innovative technology in the form of 3D measurement services as part of an automated measuring system. As part of the project, a robotised measurement system was purchased for 3D blue light scanning. As a result of the project, 3D Team, as the first service provider in Poland, introduced into its offer a service that hasn't been available before, i.e. statistical analysis of measurement results by means of an automated optical system. In fact, such a solution is used in the industrial sector, at the stage of implementing new parts for production, and during the control of already produced parts. Automation of the 3D measurement process significantly accelerates measurement and allows to obtain repeatable measurement results on a large number of tested samples. By implementing the project "Modern 3D technologies in quality control", 3D Team has become a potential contractor for companies from the automotive industry and their subcontractors in the scope of providing support to quality control, production, and development departments.
