Project description:

Research was conducted in schools and was devoted to innovative teaching programming methods as a part of WRPO (Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme) project. As a result, a prototype tool for learning programming via the Internet was created. The tool allows students to master programming using popular Internet technologies. It is done by presenting the ready-made Internet applications to the students at the same time showing their source code. Additionally, one has the possibility of modifying them by following the presented guidelines. This method proved be very attractive for students. Moreover, it is a way of combating the widespread addiction to games and is characterized by a high level of students mastering the material.

Online research was participated by 80 students from Wielkopolska aged 14-19. The research was conducted in cooperation with a subcontractor employing academic staff and employees with psychological education.
